To ensure we can provide the best 1-on-1 experience for our guests, we manage our bookings personally.
As a small family business we apprecate you can choose to stay or visit anywhere!

Option 1: Book Cabin Stay
Check Cabin Availability: View our current cabin dates on Airbnb calendar.
You can enter your dates, how many guests, even add your pet and the system will tally up a total for you. Then you can proceed to book only if you decide to.
Book your dates via the Air Bnb Website or App or Contact Us for Direct Bookings *T&C Apply
Option 2: Book Cabin Stay + Horse Experience
Check Cabin Availability: View our current cabin dates on Airbnb calendar.
Request Your Add-on: Once you’ve booked your stay, simply fill in our [Booking Request Form] or email us to request an Immersive Equine Experience or EAL Session during your visit. We will send you our special cabin guest only pricing and more info.
Secure Your Session: We will confirm the best time for your session and send a secure Stripe payment link to your email.
Option 3: Standalone Equine Experience Sessions
(For those not staying overnight)
Submit a Request: Fill out our [Booking Request Form] with your preferred dates and the number of participants.
Date Confirmation: We will check the Brumbies’ schedule and get back to you within 24 hours.
Payment: To finalise your booking, we require payment via our secure Stripe portal. Once paid, your session is officially in our calendar!

Booking Policy & Fine Print
Waivers: All participants must sign a digital liability waiver before starting any equine activity.
Weather: If we need to postpone due to extreme weather, we offer a full credit or reschedule.
Payment: We use Stripe for all direct bookings—supporting all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
