How to Book Your Stay & Equine Experience
We look forward to welcoming you to Brumbies Hollow! To ensure we can provide the best 1-on-1 experience with our horses, we manage our bookings personally.
Option 1: Book Cabin Stay

Option 2: Book Cabin Stay + Horse Experience
Check Cabin Availability: View our current cabin dates on Airbnb calendar.
Request Your Add-on: Once you’ve booked your stay, simply fill in our [Booking Request Form] or email us to request an Immersive Equine Experience or EAL Session during your visit. We will send you our special guest only pricing and more info.
Secure Your Session: We will confirm the best time for your session and send a secure Stripe payment link to your email.
Option 3: Standalone Equine Experience Sessions
(For those not staying overnight)
Submit a Request: Fill out our [Booking Request Form] with your preferred dates and the number of participants.
Date Confirmation: We will check the Brumbies’ schedule and get back to you within 24 hours.
Payment: To finalise your booking, we require payment via our secure Stripe portal. Once paid, your session is officially in our calendar!

Weather: If we need to postpone due to extreme weather, we offer a full credit or reschedule.

Brumbies Hollow offers a peaceful cabin stay experience, perfect for guests looking to escape the hustle and bustle. Close enough to Brisbane for a weekend getaway yet far enough to feel like a little staycation.
Our nightly rates start at roughly $230-$300 per night, with weeknight, weekend, and seasonal variations.
Pricing varies during peak holiday periods.
Availability varies throughout the year, with higher demand on weekends and holidays, so we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to secure your preferred dates.
For week long or longer stays we offer a discounted rate. Ask us for more info.
Our minimum night stay is two nights. To really soak in the country air and experienece we find that minimum of two nights is required. Even then most of our guests say it wasnt long enough!
Yes there is WiFi available in the cabin. Whether you need to work from the cabin during your stay or the kids would like to use their ipads we have you covered out here with free wifi.
Phone service is very good for Telstra customers. Poor for Optus and Vodaphone.
We do have Free WIFI available to all guests.
Yes, we offer to supply a starter kit (optional upgrade) to get you going but to enjoy the fire pit and/or pizza oven you will need to brings some wood or have us organise some for you no problem.
In Winter, timber fire wood bags can be purchased from our local Samford Drakes Supermarket, the Caltex Service station and any Bunnings (Bunnings Keperra is our local if you are coming outside Winter months)
Alternatively, We can provide these firewood bags for you for a fee. Please request when booking.
Yes! We are pet friendly with friendly pets! (Two desexed friendly female Staffies on site)
We welcome well socialised and well behaved dogs to the property. The cabin has 120cm dog mesh fenced secure yard. Our pet limit is two dogs. Sometimes three smaller dogs.
We do have some pet rules (No pets on the beds, no pets left onsite alone, On a lead outside the cabin yard etc) but your woofas are treated like the precious family member they are.
Yes, they're allowed inside, yes they can sit with you on the outdoor lounge. There are pet friendly cafes out here and some lovely local walking tracks. Even out the gate walking is nice here.
To maintain our hygiene standards we do charge a $120 per stay Pet Fee to allow us to do a professional clean. Especially required for future guests who may have pet allergies. Thank you.
Our horses are in the adjoining paddocks next to the cabin.
We supply a little welcome hamper in the fridge to get you going.
Yes, you will need to bring your own food and drinks. The cabin has a kitchenette with stove top, microwave, small air fryer oven and medium size tall fridge with freezer.
Samford Drakes Supermarket is a short drive if you'd like to check in and then go out to get supplies.
We also have some awesome cafes, take aways and a popular well known pub!
We are on tank water out here. It is fresh rain water captured from the cabin roof. It is drinkable but unfiltered. We recommend you bring some bottled water for drinking.
No, the cabin does not have laundry facilities. There is a popular Laundromat (with cafe window!) in the village 8 mins away for longer stays.
We do provide a clothes airer.
No, unfortunately due to our insurance and septic limitations.
We have a maximum of up to 8 guests onsite staying in our cabin. (6 in beds then the extra 2 on floor space only - thats super cosy!)
We charge $25 per extra guest per night after 4 guests.
Strictly not, due to our insurance and septic restrictions we unable to welcome extra visitors to the property. There are some wonderful cafes and parks nearby to meet. Thank you.
Our Outdoor Cinema Experience is a wonderful option in clear weather. We offer our Outdoor Cinema Experience as an optional upgrade weather permitting. If the clouds dont play nice we can set up the verandah cinema (still outdoors) or we offer a full refund.
For your comfort and the technology we require a low due point outdoors. Ask us for more info.
Yes! If you love horses then you have come to the right place! Its all about horses here at Brumbies Hollow! Included in your stay with us we offer a Meet the Horses - meet and greet and you are welcome to join in and help us feed the horses of an evening. Feed time is usually around 4:30pm - 5:30pm.
*Ask us about our optional 1.5 hour immersive Equine Experience upgrade your booking.
Yes! The pool is availabe for free guest use. Our pool is not heated and is cold in the Winter months.
Our pool times are 5am to 6pm daily. Pool towels are supplied and are to be left onsite if you are haeding to the beach.
We supply some pool inflatables
We ask that visiting pets be on a lead outside of the cabin yard. If your dog has exceptional recall and is horse and dog friendly we may consider agreeing to your pet being off lead. Please ask us first.
Due to open air fire restrictions the fire pit is closed in the Summer months. With our sub tropical climate its too hot for a fire in Summer anyway! The pizza oven is weather permitting too.
Sure can! Our 1.5 hour Immersive Equine Experience is available by appiontment. Often though, we have experience participants return for a cabin stay to get the most out of the magic out here!
We ask that you please do not feed the horses treats without us being present.
Some horses and ponies are on strict diets.
No. To maintain our lawns and for your enjoyment we do not allow parking in the cabin yard.
In certain circumstances (sleeping child) we will allow this in the dryer months but ask that you return your vehicle to the curb after the child has awoken.
Same goes for packing and unpacking the vehicle.
Parking is available out the front curbside in our quiet street which is next to the cabin.
It is a private entrance where you can come and go as you please.
Check out is by 10am. We often have a back to back booking so helping us at check out makes sure we can get straight to preparing for our incoming guests.
We do offer a late check out in some cases. *Please ask us for more info and late check out fee.
We ask that you please ensure you have:
Closed all the windows.
Turned off the Air Conditioning system.
Washed your dishes and leave them on the drying rack on the sink.
Taken your rubbish to the Wheelie Bins in the street. Located up next to our letterbox.
Closed the farm gates behind you so our animals do not escape.
Left all the furniture, books, toys, lamps and fans in the position it was in when you arrived.

We supply pump packs in the bathroom of shampoo/Conditioner and shower gel.
We supply toilet paper for short stays. For longer stays you are required to supply your own toilet paper when our supply runs out.
Yes, we have pod coffee machine in the cabin. It takes Nespresso style pods (*not supplied)
Pump pack Sunscreen and Aeroguard mosquito repellent is supplied. Our local Drakes Supermarket has a variety of alternatives if you prefer to purchase your own alternative.
Most of our property has a flat (cabin yard) to slopping terrain that is grassed.
Yes, we oprate in all seasons and weather. We recommend you bring some boots and wet wear gear if the forcast is for rain.
Yes, you are welcome to use our cabin guest Netflix account or log into your own on the smart TV.
For your safety and the safety of our horses, we ask that you do not enter the horse paddocks.

Due to safety reasons we don not supply a BBQ for guest use.
Due to safety reasons we do not supply a porta cot however you are welcome to bring one.
There is s Ikea plastic high chair supplied in the cabin for guest use.
Its all about the horses and ponies here at Brumbies Hollow farm stay! We have 4 horses and 3 mini ponies here. We also have two friendly dogs!
Fun Fact: There are local animal farm businesses in the area if you'd looking for something to do for a few hours! *See our Local Attractions website page.
We don't offer horse riding at Brumbies Hollow. We are a little different. We believe connection and friendship with horses is created from the ground.
Yes, we offer our Equine Experience as a stand alone. Maximum (6) participants total.
